Seattle is a beautiful variety with large, white and yellow flowers on strong stems. It lightens over the course of the season, so early flowers take on an almost peachy appearance. First photo: early season. Second photo: Late season. I’m not sure why our average tubers per plant number came out so low for this one. We do seem to get more tubers than how that number looks. I know we’ve had more in previous seasons. I think there might be a clerical error on our side. Anyhow, I certainly would not let that tubers per plant number keep you from trying this one. It is fab.
Flower size: Large
Average Number of tubers harvested per plant in the fall: 3.9
