Bare Root Rose Ordering
What’s it like to order bare root roses wholesale? Have a look at this video. For years I thought about, wished, dreamed about ordering wholesale bare root roses. But the quantity minimums always felt overwhelming.
I got into roses by ordering retail bare root and potted plants. It was an expensive entry.
I really wanted to order wholesale plants, but it seemed too risky to order 100 plants when I didn’t really know what I was doing. There wasn’t anyone else in my area who was willing to take the risk of a high cost start up crop.
But now, I’ve spent time and energy learning how amazing these perennial, cold hardy plants can be. I vowed to make them more accessible to other small flower farms. With a proper storage facility for accepting the roots lined up from our tulip importing I was comfortable adding these roots to our offerings.
Our prices lie between wholesale (bulk ordering with high minimums) and retail prices. We have no quantity minimum. This is a less costly way to get started with roses without taking on the burden of a large wholesale order.
