Custom Website Countdown Ticker
Hi! Welcome back. Inspired by Floret’s new online course sales the last couple weeks, I dug into how to make a banner countdown ticker for my own website for my upcoming fall bulb pre-order launch for home gardeners.

This tutorial is for growers who already have a website and are looking to add a more advanced feature than what may already be available to them through their web hosting platform. I manage websites that are hosted through Squarespace. And I’m sharing how this feature can be added a Squarespace website. However, you can use this tutorial for any website that accepts and allows CSS code to be added to it.
Don’t be frightened or intimidated by the word “code”. Try this feature out, and at the very least, you’ll learn how to start interpreting CSS code phrases. It’s pretty neat!
