Misting Kit Install

Hi!

We set up an inexpensive ($20) misting kit from Drip Depot. And it is awesome.

Inspired by Erin Benzakein at Floret, we wanted to make a misting table in our greenhouse to support rooting woody cuttings.

Before ordering the misting kit, we did try our reptile humidifier — a tool that I use for making low cost germination chamber. I’ve shared that here on the Pro Platform before.

I apologize for being off-screen at the beginning of this video— I was trying to make sure that you could see the set up, while using the wide angle of my back camera. Solution for this coming soon.

Nevertheless- you’ll get a good sense for the set up of this kit in this video! The entire unedited video was 19 minutes long. A good 10 minutes of that was from me going to get a garden hose from elsewhere on our farm. I sped up the few minutes it took me to zip tie the misting kit to the low tunnel hoops. It was a very fast and easy set up. Completely “plug and play” aside from just tacking it up.
