Damage:
We do everything we can make sure that the products you receive are healthy. We hand inspect and package your bulbs/roots/and fresh flower orders ourselves. Requests for refunds for product arriving damaged must be received within 7 days of receipt and accompanied with photo or video documentation. Email your documentation to hello@littlefarmhouseflowers.com. We may require return of the affected item before a refund will be issued.*
*We are not responsible for products that have been frozen or over-heated while in the hands of the carriers. Open your packages upon receipt. Do not leave them to be subject to the elements. Designate an indoor delivery location if possible.
We are not responsible for poor storage of our products after delivery that may result in mold, rotting, or exacerbated damage or other problems.
Refunds: In the event that you receive unacceptable products (unrelated to carrier mishandling and to prior your own storage) (hopefully not!), we will issue a refund for the affected bulbs/roots (not a credit or replacement), In a situation where an entire lot of bulbs/roots is found to be poor on arrival here from our supplier (we sure hope not!), we will issue you a refund for the affected products if you choose not to accept an available substitution. Refunds will be for the cost paid of the affected products and not any other costs incurred to you due to your planned work with the products or the price you hope to charge for the flowers.
