Garland Maker

My second favorite holiday tool (after the wreath clamp machine): is a Classico Garland Maker. This tool has been in use for decades and the model hasn’t changed. It’s a manual (crank) operation tool— a step up from hand-wiring garlands. We use it OFTEN in the summertime, too— for all those wedding clients requesting greenery garland-type arrangements for their “farmhouse” style tables. In the summer we use our evergreens and we also mix in eucalyptus, forsythia, coral berry, seeded grasses, piers, and other hardy greenery.

This tool is so much easier on my hands than manual garland wiring. There’s something about holding that greenery wire for manual wreath and garland making that just exhausts my hands and fingers. I can feel the wire cutting into my skin just thinking about it.

This tool seems pricey for what it is— a lot to pay for a simple tool— but it will last for a very long time, and it quickly and easily paid for itself here.
